1. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 14 days of the purchase date.
The items must be in their original packaging, or if no packaging was supplied, they must be free of any defects.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee at the discretion of management.
2. Items That Cannot Be Returned
Certain items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. These include: Products that have been used, assembled, or altered in any way.
Any powdered items such as cement, plaster, etc.
Items classified as special order items.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at sales@jcpbm.co.uk or tel: 0141 427 5353 to request a Return Authorisation (RA) number.
Carefully package the items in their original packaging (if available) and include all accessories, manuals, and any promotional materials.
Clearly label the package with the provided RA number and return address.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and insuring your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returns.
5. Inspection and Refunds
Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria. If the items meet our return policy conditions, we will process your refund within 3 – 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment, excluding the restocking fee (if applicable) and any shipping charges incurred during the initial purchase.
6. Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, which may be waived or adjusted at the discretion of management.
